Where you are paying by card you will need to enter your card details to make the payment, payment will be taken via Stripe and, if a direct debit is required, this will be taken via GoCardless (we do not store any card details on our servers). Please note that Stripe and GoCardless may collect personal information which will be used in accordance with their own privacy policies (which you should read). 3.8 Where we need to collect personal data in connection with any services which you request or order from us and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to provide such services or perform any related contract that we have or are trying to enter into with you. 5.2 In certain circumstances (other than TSN acting as a Data Processor and processing customer’s personal data on our Equal learning platform), we may use the services of a supplier outside the European Economic Area (EEA) for purposes referred to in this Statement (for example, we use the services of HubSpot and Dotmailer to store our email marketing database and send electronic communications). This may involve your personal information being processed by the relevant supplier on our behalf outside of the EEA. If we do this, we will require the relevant supplier to put in place appropriate technical and organisational data protection security measures which will include agreed adequate measures such as standard contractual clauses.
5.3 We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and/or any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

under Article 9 of the GDPR, sensitive personal information will only be collected where necessary for the substantial public interest, or where necessary to protect vital interests where the individual is physically or legally incapable of giving consent; For example, where your data is primarily used for the DfE to perform statutory functions.
2.7 If you fail to provide information when requested which is necessary for us to enter into a contract of learning and delivery with you, we will not be able to proceed with your funded learning.
2.8 In limited circumstances, we may approach you for your consent to allow us to process certain information for purposes not referred to in this Statement. If we do so, we will provide you with full details of the information we would like and the reason we need it, so that you can carefully consider whether you wish to consent. You should be aware that it is not a condition of any contract with us that you agree to any request for consent from us.
