COVID-19 has put a stop to many things this year. But one still very much on the calendar is International Women’s Day, the international event that celebrates women’s achievements. Usually, the day is marked around the world with office activities, fundraisers, networking and conferences. Of course, this time round things are going to look very different…

The pandemic has presented a multitude of challenges – including juggling Zoom meetings and the pressures of co home-schooling, making it even more important to celebrate this year.

Here at TSN, we are committed to building a workforce that reflects accessible learning and development for all. We are dedicated to develop our diverse workforce to enhance our personal and professional skills.

As 78% of our learners and 67% of our colleagues are female, we are proud to celebrate those women who have helped shape our workplace to be what it is today.

“We’re proud of every member of staff in our TSN family, and today in particular we are thrilled to celebrate the 147 wonderful women who make up 67% of our entire workforce. COVID-19 has thrown a lot of obstacles in the way over the past year, and it’s rewarding to say that we’ve not only grown in size as a business, but we’ve grown in strength as a team. We’re honoured to support International Women’s Day.”
