HSBC is offering 10 fully funded places on our 5-week, remote, Software Development evening course (10 hours per week) starting this November. The course is delivered by expert instructors through live, remote sessions and is flexible, accessible, and laser-focused on your success.

You’ll gain the skills and confidence to take on competitive tech roles in digital banking, and if you complete the course and pass the Codility test, you’ll be guaranteed an interview with a pathway to HSBC’s Engineering Graduate Programme, starting March 2026

Who can apply?

You’re eligible if you:

  • Are a recent graduate (2:1 or above in any subject)
  • A strong interest or focus on STEM subjects
  • Live within a 1-hour commute of Sheffield
  • Have the right to work in the United Kingdom and been a resident in the UK/EU for at least 3 years
  • Are passionate about tech, data or finance
  • Want a high-growth career with a global brand
