Level 1 Certificate in Personal and Social Development

By completing self improvement courses, your employees can gain skills and knowledge needed to develop personal and social skills that can be applied in all areas of life. Containing eight units, this course allows employees to learn how to reflect on personal development, deal with problems in daily life, consider individual rights and responsibilities, work towards goals and make the most leisure time, manage social relationships and prepare for work and working as part of a group.

Upon completion of one of our self improvement courses you and your employees could progress on to study our Level 2 Certificate in Job Search and Employability Skills.
