It is related to my field of work.
I have learned a lot about legislation related to mental health and civil rights. Learned about different mental health illnesses, their symptoms, possible causes, possible treatments and how the conditions affects people.
I think the learning experience with Skills Network was excellent, communication was always good since day one and they provide what they promise with quality. The course it self I founded a bit too systematic and repetitive at some point but not a major concern to me. Some units were bigger than others and I founded more difficult to study and submitted on time, however tutors are supportive and comprehensive. At some point, I was notified that the college facilitating the course was hacked during the duration of my course. This was quite scary and I felt somewhat vulnerable considering my contact with this college was exclusively through the course and by an online platform.
